Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Urals Federal District Vladimir Yakushev congratulated the residents of the Urals on the Day of Russian Student Detachments. The congratulations were published on the official website of the plenipotentiary.
“Dear friends! Congratulations on the Day of Russian Student Teams! Student teams are one of the oldest youth associations in our country. It arose in response to the challenges facing the domestic economy. But it turned into a special idea that united thousands of young people,” the congratulations say.
Yakushev added that this year marks two important dates: 65 years since the formation of the student brigade movement and 20 years since the emergence of the All-Russian Youth Public Organization “Russian Student Brigades”. He also noted that in the detachment movement, young people from all over the country are united by the desire to be useful to the Motherland, try themselves in various professions and reveal their potential.
