For the past few hours, the screenshot of an email sent by Paris Saint-Germain to some of its supporters has ignited the debate. This message is intended for members of the “Fan Club”, an entity that brings together the official supporter groups of Les Rouges et Bleus across France. Regarding this specific letter, it would have been written for the attention of the Tribune Boulogne. The Virage Auteuil and the Collectif Ultras Paris are therefore obviously not concerned.

Reading this email is surprising. PSG is indeed a serious call to order to its supporters. If certain elements, such as the fact of “go to the place indicated on your ticket” can be heard, other points are more surprising. “We ask you to be seated in your seat. It will be impossible for you to watch the match standing in the Tribune Boulogne”, wants to let PSG know. It is further indicated that the presence of materials such as “the flags” remains strictly prohibited in this part of the Parc des Princes.

Sitting, no black outfit: the big call to order from PSG for its supporters

But the most disconcerting comes then since the clothing of the fans is then approached. “We are seeing a large number of Fan Club members now wearing black outfits or outfits consisting mostly of Ultras products. Although we do not ask Fan Club members to wear a specific outfit, we inform you that we reserve the right, […]to end our relationship with a Fan Club whose overall appearance would be more like that of a group of Ultras supporters”.

On Twitter, many Internet users did not hesitate to express their anger after the publication of this message.
