Of the 121 police officers killed in the country from January to May 5 in the exercise of his duty, five correspond to the territory of Puebla, according to the organization Common cause.

At the national level, Puebla was placed in position seven along with Colima with the highest number of police officers killed in the exercise of their duty.

Being the first position Zacatecas with 21 deaths, followed by Guanajuato with 16, and in third place Veracruz with 12.

The five murders of police officers in Puebla were in the municipalities of Tepeaca, Tecamachalco, Tlalancaleca, and Acatlán de Osorio.

The first two cases were in March in the municipalities of Tepeaca, and in April in Tepeaca, Tlalancaleca and Acatlán de Osorio.
