In an interview with national media, Valdecantos explained that “injuries to the face will require some surgery to fix” but that he should not undergo surgery.
“In this case, the rupture of the lung, if there was one, did not produce a collapse. It only infiltrated the middle sector of the thorax, between both lungs. Other pathologies resulting from trauma must be ruled out. If the lesion is small, it will close itself, ”he assured.
