New Delhi: Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the G-20 summit in India, Kremlin said. The explanation is to focus on military operations. But there are reports that Putil has not left the country because the arrest warrant of the International Criminal Court is pending.

The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant once morest Putin following the invasion of Ukraine. Putin did not directly attend the meeting of leaders from the BRICS group the previous day. Putin attended the meeting through video conference.
