Al-Marsad Newspaper: Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing Majed Al-Hogail said that real estate prices are exaggerated.
He added during the “Real Estate Future Forum” that the Saudi market needs a larger supply, in addition to offering larger units in Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah.
He continued: The leadership supported us with a large number of lands that we will launch soon.
