She explained that these materials are fruits, vegetables, legumes, non-fatty meats, poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts, seeds, whole grains, milk, yogurt, cheese, and similar materials that contain a low percentage of fat. These substances can reduce the risk of developing malignant tumors by 10-20 percent.

She pointed out that among the substances that increase the risk of developing malignant tumors are trans fats, partially hydrogenated oils, and polycyclic aromatic carbohydrates that arise during frying, grilling, overheating, and when oils burn.
