Ray Stevenson died Sunday at the age of 58, a spokesperson for the Irish actor confirmed to Fox News. He was staying in Italy for the filming of the film ‘Cassino à Ischia’.
Stevenson has, among others, acted in the films “King Arthur”, “Thor” and “The Punisher: War Zone”. He was also an actor in various television series including “Vikings” and “Rome. He will also appear in the next Star Wars spin-off “Ahsoka”.
The actor was born in 1964 in Lisburn, in the north of Ireland. He had studied at the “Bristol Old Vic Theater School” in England. After appearing for years in television series, he made his film debut in “Theory of Flight” released in 1998.
