Umi Pipik is often praised for her istikamah by netizens.
Because of Umi Pipik’s insistence on wearing the hijab, netizens often ask her to advise artists who take off their hijab.
According to Umi Pipik, advising other people about the hijab is not her area. He said other people have their own processes.
“Many of my friends DM me, asking me to advise them on why they should remove the hijab and so on. In fact, we don’t have the right to judge people, let them go through the process, let them truly find God within themselves,” said Umi Pipik in a YouTube video.
Umi Pipik emphasized that she is not someone who likes to judge other people because she was once in that position, not wearing the hijab.
“I’m not someone who wants to judge, because I’ve been in that position, right? I’ve been in that position before, not wearing the hijab, still uncovering it, but I enjoyed the process, and I keep asking Allah to make the process easier. ” he added again.
Therefore, if there is a public figure who takes off the hijab, Umi Pipik chooses to let it go and continue to pray for him. He also hopes that Allah SWT will return to bring his friends back to His path.
“Even if there are friends who are public figures, I always pray for them, O Allah, he is your servant, he is your people, he is my brother, make it easy for his path to return to You. Just let him be, so I don’t want to limit it like that. Niqab or hijab is “It’s not something that should be feared, it should be enjoyed. Because this is a glory for a woman, right,” he concluded.
