Apparently, the video game Abandoned has not actually been abandoned, but perhaps it never existed, according to a report by the media GameSpotwho have uncovered news that, in reality, is not too surprising.

According to the report, sources who claim to have been fans and who served to share game material and thus generate hype for the title, provided details of the toxicity that the studio behind the game handled false . Material that was shared by the game’s director, director Hasan Kahraman, in private groups with these players, in which he sent them screenshots, animations or fragments of the Abandoned script.

GameSpot also comments that among the strange behaviors of the game director, were his investigations of these fans selected by him, trying to get them to sign a confusing non-disclosure agreement. In addition, Kahraman kicked out of the private groups where the material was shared, those who asked too many questions, were skeptical or talked too much about the controversies generated by the title.

It is even accused that the director of Abandoned tried to have a professional and romantic relationship with a member of the group, in which, the report indicates, there was a lot of toxicity and where, apparently, there would also be a 12-year-old boy.

News that confirms the rumors that definitively, everything indicated by the study behind Abandoned, has been just smoke, since nobody is sure that the development of the video game really exists.
