Remember that the retirement age is 65 for men and that it will soon be the same for women (rather than 64) in view of the AVS reform narrowly accepted at the ballot box in 2022.

For the employer, this type of profile is holy bread in times of shortage. For the active retiree, whether the activity is chosen or forced for financial reasons, the strategy adopted in terms of annuity and taxation will however have a significant impact on the money he will actually receive.
