Revealing where he was hiding… Israel announces the killing of the terrorist attacker in Tel Aviv

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The Israeli authorities announced that the terrorist attacker in Tel Aviv was killed during a clash with the security services after he was hiding near a mosque in Jaffa.

This came in a tweet by Ofir Gendelman, spokesman for the Israeli Prime Minister to the Arab media, publishing a picture of the attacker, saying in a tweet: “The security services found the Palestinian terrorist who committed the terrorist attack in Tel Aviv last night, while he was hiding near the Jaffa Mosque. He was killed during a clash with Fighters of the Special Police Unit and the Shin Bet. There were no casualties among our forces.”

And the Israel Broadcasting Corporation stated, in a report, that “the terrorist barricaded himself in the mosque after hours of pursuit, and that a force from the window and the anti-terror unit arrived at the place to take the surveillance cameras, then found the perpetrator and exchanged fire with him and liquidated him.”

The authority stated: “The attack resulted in the killing of two young men, aged twenty-seven and twenty-eight years, and the wounding of nine others – four of them were in serious condition, five were lightly, and three were injured in panic,” noting that “the attack targeted the patrons of the Elka Bar on Dizengoff Street.”
