The idea for AHOMKA was born out of the challenge we face in Ghana,and many other countries,with adequate healthcare access and follow-up for chronic conditions like hypertension.With such a high physician-to-patient ratio, we needed a solution that empowered patients and facilitated better dialog with their healthcare providers.
