There is always something going on between RUS Binche and RAEC Mons. Fortunately this Saturday afternoon at the Vachaudez stadium, the electric side that was feared among supporters had given way to a nice little atmosphere in the stands, even if the 75 Dragons supporters authorized for this trip were well surrounded.
But if everything remained calm both in the stands and on the pitch, we came close to ending the match prematurely a few minutes from the end of the game. However, no overflow was to be reported.

The reason is above all an overflow of enthusiasm on the Mons side after Jérémy Kumbi’s third visiting goal. The striker and his teammates rushed towards their kop of joyful supporters and that’s where the incident took place: the barrier which held back the fans broke, forcing the referee to temporarily stop the match while settles.
The stewards and police then lined up to act as a barrier while waiting for the Nadar barriers to arrive, for the two minutes remaining to play. The match was able to come to an end (0-3).
