The Russian news agency (RIA) reported on the 10th as information on the director of the Russian National Defense Management Center, Mizintsev.

In addition to Kyiv, the five cities are Sumy, Kharkov, Mariupol and Chernihiv, and citizens can evacuate to Ukraine or Russia.

“From 10 am Moscow time (4 pm Japan time), Russia will declare a ceasefire and establish a humanitarian corridor,” Mizintsev said in a statement, according to Interfax.
