The Hague – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said 20 people were killed in a missile attack by Russian forces on the city of Vinnytsia in western Ukraine. 90 people were injured. 3 missiles hit the residential areas of the city, which is 268 km from Kyiv. The health center and many houses were destroyed. 50 cars parked in the parking lot caught fire due to the explosion. Officials also said that 4 other Russian missiles destroyed Ukraine’s air defense system.
