The police of Al-Aflaj Governorate, in the Riyadh region, arrested two people who appeared in a video clip assaulting a girl in a public place.

This came after a video clip of two young men assaulting a girl and knocking her to the ground was released, on the Twitter platform, under the hashtag: “Bint Al-Aflaj”.
The clip, which was widely circulated, showed that the two young men hit a girl on the head from behind, pushed her until she fell to the ground in a street in the Al-Aflaj area, and then left her and walked on their way among another group of young men present at the moment of the assault and who witnessed the incident.
And it became clear through the video, that the two young men and the girl were among a large group of people, who were watching the situation, without trying to remove them or arrest them and reprimand them for what they did. While the tweeters on the Twitter platform demanded the arrest of the two young men.
