General conditions for joining the (Tamheer) program:
1- The applicant must be a Saudi national.
2- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in the required disciplines.
3- He should not be a current employee and he has not been employed during the past six months.
4- He must not have previously participated in the on-the-job training program (Tamheer).
5- The cumulative average is not less than (2.75 out of 4) or (3.75 out of 5).
6- Experience is not required.
