Al-Marsad Newspaper: A circulating video clip documented the moment a “White” water tanker drifted in Seoul, west of the city, on Monday.
From the video, a citizen’s voice is heard saying, “There is neither might nor power except with God, the Most High, the Great.”
And the video showed the water pulling the tank and turning it on its left side, where it settled in that position.
The regions of the Kingdom are witnessing a state of heavy rain, accompanied by hail in some cities, amid warnings from the Civil Defense not to go out except for necessity and to take caution and beware of water-collecting areas.
