A serious road accident occurred this Sunday morning on the E40 motorway between Veurne and Adinkerke, along the Belgian coast, announce our colleagues from Laatste Nieuws.
Shortly before 9 a.m., a man who was driving a white Range Rover lost control of his vehicle. The car left the road, crossed the central berm and came to rest in the ditch, following cutting four trees.
The firefighters quickly arrived on the scene but, miraculously, did not have to extricate any of the victims. The four people, French, who were in the passenger compartment managed to get out on their own.
