Jeddah: The National Meteorological Center has warned that there is a possibility of lightening and light or heavy rain in various parts of Saudi Arabia till Wednesday. Makkah region is predicted to be affected by moderate to heavy rains, torrential rains, hailstorms, dust storms and cyclones.
Makkah, Twaif, Mayzan, Adham, Al Ardiath, Asir, Jizan and Al Baha are more likely to rain. Moderate rain is expected in Madinah region and light to moderate rain in Khunfuda, Al Laith, Khulais, Bahra, Al Muwaih, Al Khurma, Rania, Turaba and Najran regions. Civil Defense warned residents in areas prone to lightning and hail to be extra cautious.
