Shopping Tamboré focuses on the use of the application to present customers at Easter

Shopping Tamboré, located in the Barueri region of Greater São Paulo, is using its smartphone application as a sales promotion tool during the Easter season. Anyone who registers and sends an invoice of any amount becomes part of the star relationship program. Depending on the value of purchases, the rating goes up to two, or three stars.

And to expand the use of the application, the mall is carrying out a promotional initiative, which includes awards in the “buy and win” format for customers in the two and three star categories of the app.

In addition to the prizes, registered participants compete for purchase vouchers. The value and number of coupons also vary according to the customer’s status in the benefit program. “The chances increase according to the accumulation of invoices and with the category of stars”, commented Maria Luiza Thomé, Marketing Manager at Shopping Tamboré.

Another fundamental use of the application is to send invoices for participating in the campaign. “There is no need to stand in queues to register notes, everything is done through the app”, reinforces Thomé. The Shopping Tamboré app can be obtained for free in the main app stores. Notes sent via the app or purchases via WhatsApp are valid.
