Simon Houle is back in court at the Saint-Jérôme courthouse, this engineer who had obtained a controversial conditional discharge last summer.

He is now charged with breaching the terms of his probation.
He would have grabbed the buttocks of a woman while he was on a trip to Cuba.
Simon Houle was not present at the courthouse on Friday, he was instead represented by his lawyer.
If found guilty of breach of probation, he could lose this conditional discharge.
“In the case of the charges that are brought in Mr. Houle’s file, it is a breach of probation, therefore not having respected the conditions that had been issued in the context of another order”, explains the prosecutor of the crown in the folder.
Simon Houle will be back in court next February.
