Mikha Tambayong is one of the actresses who actively shares her moments in maintaining a healthy body. Through his personal Instagram @miktambayong, he often does various sports to maintain a healthy body.

One of the sports he does is cycling and pilates. Pilates exercise is done regularly 2-3 times a week. This is done to remove the fat in his body.

“I try to be able to exercise 3 to 4 times a week, I usually do Pilates very regularly, I do Pilates 2 to 3 times a week, the rest I do cardio at home, either I ride a bike or just jog. Anyway, my principle is, as much as possible every day to get rid of fat- fat and detox with exercise,” he told detikcom, when met through an online event, Saturday (20/8/2022).

Not only diligent in exercising, the 27-year-old woman also admits to being ‘picky’ towards the food she consumes. Micah has also been avoiding eating rice for six years and eating potatoes instead of carbohydrates from rice.

To balance the nutrients obtained, Micah eats more vegetables and fruit. He also avoids eating sugary foods and drinks.

“I also pay close attention to food, because in my opinion it must be balanced, yes, it’s not enough for us to exercise but food must also be considered. So what we put in and what we take out is balanced,” he said.
