Vivo X300 Ultra Slashes NT$10,000 in Retail Channels Amid Official Price Hikes
Vivo has raised prices across multiple smartphone models on its official website, but independent retail channels are bucking the trend with steep discounts on the vivo X300 Ultra. SOGI手機王 reported that the flagship device, which has been on the market for six months, is currently selling in partner stores for as low as NT$42,990 for the 16GB + 512GB configuration. That street price undercuts the official website by exactly NT$10,000, giving buyers an effective discount of roughly 19 percent.
Partner Stores Offer Discounts on X300 Ultra Storage Tiers
The price divergence between official retail channels and partner stores creates a distinct split across storage capacities. SOGI手機王 cooperative channels listed the 16GB + 512GB variant at NT$42,990, representing a NT$10,000 drop from official figures. Meanwhile, the top-tier 16GB + 1TB model sits at NT$53,990, marking a more modest NT$5,000 reduction compared to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
| Model and Configuration | October 25, 2026 Store Minimum Price | Difference From Official Website |
|---|---|---|
| X300 Ultra (16GB + 512GB) | NT$42,990 | Down NT$10,000 |
| X300 Ultra (16GB + 1TB) | NT$53,990 | Down NT$5,000 |
Choosing Between the 512GB and 1TB Variants
The 512GB version serves everyday users and performance-minded buyers who rely on cloud backup services like Google Photos and OneDrive to manage media libraries. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and a 144Hz 2K eye-care display, the hardware handles heavy 3D titles like Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail without straining storage limits. The NT$11,000 price gap between the two capacities leaves room to purchase official accessories such as Zeiss telephoto extenders or wireless earbuds.
Conversely, the 1TB edition targets professional creators and heavy-duty users who shoot uncompressed 200-megapixel Ultra RAW photos and 4K 120fps 10-bit Log video. SOGI手機王 noted that extended concert recording sessions running at high frame rates can easily consume 100GB to 200GB per outing. The maximum capacity tier also suits users who retain years of local chat histories across apps like LINE or WeChat without regular cloud archiving.
Buyers Must Verify Stock and Reader Status for Discounts
The vivo X300 Ultra comes in three colorways across Taiwan: Wilderness Green, Snow Peak White, and Volcano Black. Buyers intending to secure the discounted channel rates must contact retailers in advance to verify stock levels and explicitly inform the store staff of their status as SOGI手機王 readers prior to purchase.
