Six and a half years after Sony introduced the BSVR virtual reality helmet for its PlayStation device, the company launched, on Thursday, its new version, which shows its intention to strengthen its presence in this field.
The futuristic design of the PSVR 2 helmet is lighter than its predecessor, it displays more accurate and smoother images, and the new hand control devices, made in the form of handles, are easy to use.
In terms of ergonomics, the helmet is designed to allow the user to play with glasses on, and only one cable is required to connect it to the PlayStation 5.
The PSVR 2 was issued in several countries, including France, at a starting price of 600 euros, Britain 530 pounds sterling, and the United States 550 dollars.
