Spain needs 10,000 more family doctors to replace the retired | Society

The National Health System needs 10,000 more family doctors to guarantee replacement by retirement and reorganize Primary Care, as well as an investment of 3,000 million euros to hire and eliminate the precariousness of current contracts.

On the occasion of Family Medicine Day today, the Spanish Society of Family and Community Medicine proposes an investment scenario for Primary Care with which to meet the health needs of the population.
