According to information obtained by Al-Jadeed’s correspondent, Reef Aqil, the sheikh was taken to the Ablah barracks on Saturday and interrogated, without allowing his legal representative, Samer Anzawi, to attend the interrogation session.
According to the information, the Sheikh was subjected to torture, humiliation and physical harm to a large extent, which was evident from the photos obtained by the new, as the latter appeared blindfolded in an inappropriate and inhuman manner, which made his lawyer apply for the appointment of a forensic doctor.
It is worth noting that although more than 48 hours have passed since the end of the investigation, there was no indication from the government commissioner to the military court, which indicates the procrastination by the security services in dealing with this file, which was considered by Wadih Al-Sheikh’s lawyer in his request. Procrastination to abuse the latter, torture him, and leak pictures of him to the communication sites, thus harming the image of the military institution and the Sheikh’s dignity and honor.
This demanded the lawyer of Wadih al-Sheikh to take the necessary measures with the members of the security forces that investigated him and to appoint a forensic doctor to examine Wadih al-Sheikh and allow his legal representative to confront him.
