Al Marsad newspaper: Nutritionist Courtney D’Angelo said that the best vegetable to help lose weight and reduce belly fat is spinach.
According to “Russia Today”, she explained: “Spinach is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, all of which are linked to reducing belly fat.”
She added: “Spinach is a low-calorie vegetable, but it is also very high in fiber. Eating fiber helps you feel full and prevents overeating.”
“Fiber also helps with food digestion and absorption, which helps keep your metabolism in check.”
