The most prominent person to provide information is the FPÖ federal party leader Herbert Kickl invited, who will above all have to answer questions about his time as Interior Minister in the joint government with the ÖVP. Kickl’s former head of cabinet and now blue club chairman in the Lower Austrian state parliament has also agreed, Reinhard Teufel.
In its U-committee, the ÖVP has primarily targeted Kickl personally – which is probably also due to the current super election year, in which the Turquoises are already constantly warning against the FPÖ’s participation in government. Teufel, on the other hand, had actually already accepted for the U-Committee, but was then excluded and invited again. His party is in a coalition with the ÖVP in Lower Austria.
The morning is not quite as prominent. An employee of the blue club communications in the federal government, who had recently apologized, agreed. After him is the former deputy office manager of the former Secretary General in the Ministry of the Interior, Peter Goldgruberloaded.
