The founder of GSC Game World, Sergei Grigorovich, was removed from the registers on September 22, 2023. As a result, the sole owner of the Ukrainian legal entity GSC UKRAINE LLC is GSC GAME WORLD GLOBAL LTD, registered in Cyprus. GSK Ukraine LLC was registered on March 8, 2023. The authorized capital of the company is 100 thousand hryvnia. Its leader is Ekaterina Vladimirovna Tkachenko.
At the time of writing, Crippa had not commented on the changes to local media. Crippa has also been associated with online casinos and betting. In one of the articles that appeared online in 2023, the entrepreneur was called “a partner of a Russian oligarch.” However, it is worth noting that this material appeared on the BlackBox website, which did not have any other articles. What GSC Game World said
A few hours after major media reported the change of owner of GSC Game World, the studio commented on the situation to the Ukrainian publication ITC.
GSC confirmed that Krippa is a co-owner and one of the company’s investors, noting that cooperation with him began in 2020. Details of the deal have only now become known as a result of updating state registers as part of a non-public investment agreement.
One of our investors and co-owner is Maxim Krippa, who has a large number of different businesses, but casinos and betting are not among them, there are IT companies, IT startups, large and small, there are e-sports areas, including the most famous – This is the NAVI esports team and the Maincast broadcaster, there are areas of activity in real estate and development.
But I note that our cooperation began at the beginning of 2020, that is, we have not made any big changes, and we will continue to develop games that, we hope, we can be proud of. Right now, due to the structure of the deal, the details of which are under NDA, it has become public.

But, of course, this is an expensive business and for development we need help to really grow and reach a completely different level in quality, to develop more different games and IP (no public details yet, but it will be interesting, that’s for sure).
