Intel, which officially launched the 13th generation Intel Core processor codenamed Raptor Lake, is preparing to cut prices only for the existing 12th generation CPU, Elder Lake.
The other day, the price of the 12th generation CPU was raised by 10%, and if this 20% price cut is applied, it is expected that the price will be lower than the previous 10% increase. The news was confirmed by Digitimes, a major foreign press, and it reported that price negotiations with some PC suppliers are in progress.
The price reduction products are expected to apply to all products including the top-tier Core i9 lineup, and the price reduction period is mentioned around 1Q.
