The incoming hire will operate as the primary face of the facility, creating the first impression by welcoming incoming visitors, residents, and prospective families with warmth and professionalism. Responsibilities include greeting people, answering and routing calls promptly, taking accurate messages, and managing appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters. The role also requires maintaining a welcoming front desk and Bistro area, processing meal tickets, assisting with basic office tasks, and monitoring safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications and Compensation
Candidates for the role are required to hold a High School Diploma or GED, alongside strong customer service and communication skills. Applicants must be organized with time management and follow-through, comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. The position requires the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while supporting the Sales team with inquiries, move-in preparations, marketing materials, administrative data entry, and recruitment efforts.
