TAG Heuer has teamed up with Nintendo to produce a luxury Mario Kart watch. Two models are offered and the bill goes from salty to very salty: 4,300 dollars (4,392€ at the current price) or 25,600 dollars (26,156,€).

We are delighted to announce the result of our latest collaboration with Nintendo Europe: our brand new TAG Heuer Formul1 1 X Mario Kart Limited Edition Chronograph.

The watch features a little Mario in his kart on the dial and another engraved on the back of the case. Other small bonuses are present on the date zone, such as the star, the blue shell and the mushroom, the “Mario Kart” logo inscribed on the bezel of the case and a black leather strap with red stitching.
The 26,000 euro version features a little Mario racing in one of the complications with a blue seashell and Bullet Bill.
The
inscriptions to be able to pre-order the more affordable of the two watches on October 20 will be open from October 17. If your bank account allows it, you can also apply to acquire the ultra high-end version. Registration is possible in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Japan.
This is not TAG Heuer’s first collaboration with Nintendo; the luxury watchmaker also showed off a Super Mario version of its Connected smartwatch last year.
