After the American tour, the tennis world is back in Europe for the kick-off of the clay-court season in Monaco with the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters.

For this first Masters 1000 of the 2023 season on clay, the Monte Carlo Country Club will have to do without Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz. The top ten seeds are Novak Djokovic, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Daniil Medvedev, Casper Ruud, Andrey Rublev, Holger Rune, Jannik Sinner and Taylor Fritz.

In total, the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters 2023 will distribute 5.77 million euros in bonuses to players for the singles and doubles tables. In details, the winner of the Monegasque tournament will pocket prize money of 892,590 euros.
