She was aiming for a boar when she fired
For Maître Christine Ramond, lawyer for the young girl, author of the shooting, her client is traumatized by this accident.
“She is in school, she is a very good student. She is a young girl without any problem, in an excellent family. There is no problem compared to this young girl, she is very healthy. Until at the end of her life, she’ll have that Saturday afternoon somewhere in her mind. She’s a very, very unhappy young woman. She’s like any sane person who has feelings, she’s just in sadness. The immediate feeling is there. She is very unhappy to have been responsible”, she assures.
The young woman did indeed hold a hunting license and had not consumed alcohol or narcotics. During her hearing, she explained that she “aimed at a boar, shot, then heard the cry of a man at the level of the path”.
