According to Mr. Lam, the baby’s body was discovered by fishermen at around 16:30 on the same day, in the Ky Co beach area, Nhon Ly commune. After that, the fishermen reported to Nhon Ly Commune Police and Nhon Ly Border Guard Station.
Before that, on the afternoon of February 5, after taking a bath for D, his family let him play in the yard. A few minutes later, the family did not see baby D., so they searched and reported to the authorities.
