In the last few hours, the death of Councilman Hugo Daniel “Pato” Gutiérrez was known. He was participating in a convention of anesthesiologists in the province of Chubut when he died as a result of a brain aneurysm, as confirmed by his colleague and friend, the councilman Matias Sebely to Online Missions.

Gutiérrez was currently a member of the Deliberative Council of Alem and head of the area of anesthesiologists at the local Hospital.
