On the afternoon of January 23, discussed with PV PeopleA leader of the People’s Committee of Hong Bang District (Hai Phong City) said that the authorities had just rescued a couple who jumped into the Tam Bac River at dawn on the same day. Accordingly, the female victim was saved, and the man in the incident died.
Specifically, around 3am this morning, Mr. NTS (39 years old, living in Le Chan district) and Ms. NTTT (26 years old, living in Ngo Quyen district) left their car on the bank of Tam Bac and jumped into the river together.

According to the leader of Hong Bang District People’s Committee, after receiving the news, the Hai Phong City Police Department of Fire Prevention and Rescue was urgently present at the scene and saved Ms.
“The rescue force then used specialized diving equipment to search for the male victim. At noon on the same day, Mr. S.’s body was found and brought ashore for investigation work,” said the leader of the People’s Committee. Hong Bang district information.
