After the creators of Netflix’s The Crown announced the casting for the roles of the young princes William and Harry, they needed an actress to play Kate Middleton.
The show’s sixth and final season will cover events from 1997 until the early 2000s, when the Dukes of Cambridge met at St Andrew’s University.
