After an accident with a hit and run in the municipality of Ebensee (district of Gmunden), the police are asking for information: An unknown driver lost control of his car on Friday around 9:40 p.m. on Almhausstraße from Rindbach. In a right-hand bend, he skidded, came over the left-hand side of the road and touched four concrete posts on a garden fence. The fence was destroyed over a length of 15 meters.
The car then spun back across the road and crashed into a spruce fence, which was also damaged. Although the car should be “massively damaged” in the front area, according to the police, the driver continued his journey. The remaining car parts indicate a Seat brand car.
