The ELN delegation is already in Mexico to start the second cycle of dialogues

The ELN delegation is already in Mexican territory to begin on Monday, February 13, the second cycle of peace talks with the Colombian government.

The 10 members arrived in Mexico City, led by Pablo Beltrán, head of the ELN delegation, who assured that expect significant progress in this period of talks with the Colombian government delegation.

This second cycle of dialogues is scheduled to last one month and will address issues such as the ceasefire, the way in which civil society will participate in peacebuilding, and will analyze the first report of the Humanitarian Caravan that will give them a road map for the effective application of humanitarian relief, so that the communities affected by the armed conflict benefit from the peace process.
