Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development responded to complaints from workers in the private sector about the lack of increasing their wages and allowances, and how they acted in this regard.
The ministry explained that the determination of wages and allowances is subject to the agreement of the two parties in the work contract or what is stipulated in the internal regulations of the facility.
It noted that public sector employees are not allowed to open a commercial registry, conduct business or work in the private sector.
