Al-Marsad newspaper: The Rahma Society for Animal Welfare commented on the clip of a dog being tortured, following a person severely beat him, in the Laban neighborhood in Riyadh.
The Rahma Society for Animal Welfare, commenting on a video clip that it shared on its Twitter account, said: “The increase in cases of animal abuse in Saudi Arabia contradicts the efforts made to protect animals, in accordance with the animal welfare system for the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.”
The Rahma Society for Animal Welfare called for the arrest and enforcement of the system and the imposition of punishment on the offender soon.
