Al-Marsad newspaper: The poet Ziyad bin Nahit commented on the allegations that he was imprisoned, due to his dispute with a Snapchat celebrity.
Ziyad bin Nahit appeared in a video clip, and said: “A year ago, the news of the arrest of a famous Saudi poet came out, because of a case between him and so-and-so.”
He continued: “This talk is what happened, and the strange thing is that the situation spread again yesterday and the day before yesterday, and there is someone who benefits from the subject.”
Ziyad bin Nahit concluded his hadith: “It was written after that that the case was waived for the sake of his children, and this statement is not true.”
Bin Nahit indicated that there is a beneficiary of the issue, but things will take their course anyway.
It is worth noting that a Snapchat celebrity came out via a video clip, and said that he won his case against a famous poet, and he was sentenced to prison.
