– The Night of Champions 2023 Pre-Show begins with the panel of Kayla Braxton, Peter Rosenberg and Matt Camp welcoming us to the studios. They feature the night’s matches with rivalry videos.
– In the parking lot, a car arrives and it is Cody Rhodes. Byron Saxton stops him. Saxton asks for an update on his arm and if he has any final comments. Cody says we’re talking about a small fracture, but that doesn’t change his mind. He beat Brock Lesnar in ten minutes last time out. It changes his game plan, but he keeps the same state of mind. Tomorrow he will wake up again with a broken arm, but Brock Lesnar will wake up with 2 losses. Can Lesnar live with that?
– The panel continues the presentation of the other matches.
– The Pre-Show ends with the panel sharing their thoughts on the main event.

Finals for the WWE World HeavyWeight Championship
AJ Styles vs Seth Rollins
At the end of the match, AJ makes a Pele Kick to Rollins and continues with a Pedigree to cover him, but he resists two. AJ goes to the apron for his Phenomenal Forearm, but Rollins blocks it with a Superkick. Rollins goes into Stomp, but his knee hurts too much to do it. AJ wants to apply his Calf Crusher, but Rollins knocks it down in Pedigree. Rollins continues with his Stomp for the count of three.

After the fight, Triple H enters the ring to hand over the belt to Seth Rollins. Rollins celebrates to a standing ovation from the fans.

Trish Stratus vs Becky Lynch
At the end of the match Stratus waits for Lynch with a Round House Kick and covers her, but she resists two. Stratus walks up to talk to her, but Lynch knocks her down into Dis Arm Her. Stratus pulls her hair to break the submission. The two pull their hair, the referee separates the two. Lynch hits her and gives her a Man Handle Slam to cover her, but Stratus steps on a cable and rolls out of the ring. Lynch steps out of the ring, Stratus returns to the ring to speak with the referee. Zoey Stark comes out from under the ring and does her Z-360 on Lynch to bring her back into the ring. Stratus continues with his Stratusfaction for the count of three.

At the end of the match, Ali makes his 450 Splash on Gunther and covers him, but he resists two. Ali goes for a Tornado DDT, but Gunther blocks it and clotheslines him to cover it, but he resists. Ali blocks a Powerbomb and kicks it. Ali continues with a Tornado DDT and launches into 450, but Gunther avoids it and gives him a Drop Kick. Gunther continues with his Powerbomb for the count of three.

– Behind the scenes, Kevin Owens find Sami Zayn. Zayn confirms that he is ready. Zayn says it’s crazy, everything since WrestleMania. It’s so much more than they expected, winning the WrestleMania main event titles. Even if it would end tonight. Owens asks why it would end.
Zayn says Roman wants their titles now and when Roman wants something he finds a way to get it. Owens says Roman needs to recognize that they won the Usos titles, a real team. He can no longer hear Roman’s 1000 days of rule, today is their day. Today Solo loses, today Roman loses!

Late in the match, Belair avoids Asuka’s Green Mist. Belair wants to do her KOD, but Asuka pushes her back to the ground and gives her an Arm Bar. Belair knocks her down with a Powerbomb. Belair approaches Asuka on the ground, but the referee pushes her away. Asuka puts Mist on her hand and puts her fingers in her eyes to block the KOD. Asuka chained two kicks for the account of three.
Winner and new Champion: Asuka
Smackdown Women’s Championship

The match starts and Dominik distracts Natalya. Ripley takes the opportunity to punch Natalya in the back and throw her against the commentary table and the steel step. Ripley pulls Natalya back into the ring and Riptides her for the three count in less than two minutes.

– Behind the scenes, Byron Saxton is with Seth Rollins to get the reaction of the new world champion. Rollins says it sounds so good, it had been so long, almost 4 years before he got gold. Tonight the stars are shining and he comes out as the new World Champion. Saxton asks what the future of RAW holds with him on top of the mountain. Rollins says he will be on RAW this Monday and all subsequent Mondays on RAW. The only difference is that he will take the title with him because he is a visionary, a revolutionary and ultimately the champion!
– We present a video on the rivalry between Cody and Brock.
Brock Lesnar vs Cody Rhodes
The match starts, Cody dodges a few punches, but Lesnar catches him and gives him three Belly to Belly Suplexes. Cody manages to hit Lesnar with his arm sling to push him away. Lesnar falls to the bottom of the ring, Cody launches into a suicide jump with his scarf in the face. Cody brings Lesnar back to the ring and punches him again to cover him, but Lesnar resists two. Cody Disaster Kicks Lesnar and he follows up with a Cody Cutter to cover him, but Lesnar still resists. Cody does his Cross Rhodes on Lesnar. Lesnar gets up, Cody gives him a second Cross Rhodes. Cody does a third Cross Rhodes, but Lesnar blocks it in Kimura Lock on his broken arm! Cody wants to knock him down, but Lesnar takes the submission back. Cody resists for a long time and grabs a cable. Lesnar picks up Cody for an F5, but Cody knocks him down into Cross Rhodes to cover him, but Lesnar resists two. Cody hits Lesnar again with his scarf. Lesnar manages to grab Cody and gives him an F5 to cover him, but he resists two. Lesnar takes back his Kimura Lock. Cody passes out, the referee stops the match.

WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship

Towards the end, Zayn does his Helluva Kick on Sikoa, but Sikoa blocks him with a Superkick. Sikoa chases for his Spike, but Zayn pushes him away with his foot. Zayn gives him an Exploder against the corner and continues with his Helluva Kick. Zayn covers it, but Reigns breaks the count. Reigns is furious and begins pummeling Zayn. Zayn pushes him away, Reigns wants to take advantage with a Spear, but Zayn avoids him and Reigns spears the referee by mistake. Zayn takes the opportunity to make a Superman Punch to Reigns! Zayn launches into Helluva Kick, but Reigns blocks him into Superman Punch. Owens steps in with a Spear on Reigns. The two will exchange blows in ringside.
At the end of the match, Owens prepares the commentary table, but the Usos arrive. Jimmy and Jey Uso begin attacking Owens and push the commentary table on Owens. The Usos go to the ring to Superkick Zayn. Zayn avoids the Double Superkick and the Usos hit Sikoa by mistake! Reigns does not understand anything and upsets the Usos. Jimmy Superkicks Reigns! Jey asks Jimmy what he just did. Jimmy says he did what Jey should have done a long time ago. Jimmy Superkicks Reigns! Jimmy says he’s his brother and not Reigns. The Usos leave the ring. Owens takes the opportunity to make a Stunner on Sikoa, Zayn continues with a Helluva Kick for the account of three.
Winners: Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn
The show ends with the celebrations of Quebec still champions and Roman Reigns who does not understand what happened.
