Al-Marsad newspaper: The poet Yasser Al-Tuwaijri narrated one of the situations he was exposed to during the past few days, which caused him to feel sad.
Al-Tuwaijri said in a video clip, “I was invited to a private sector event, which is not trivial, but most of those invited to this event are trivial.”
Al-Tuwaijri continued: “I was surprised that I was invited. I was convinced that all these years of literary and moral struggle, and selectivity in appearance, where did he show and where did he show, following all these years, and that I am an important thing, being invited to a trivial party like this?”.
And Al-Tuwaijri continued: “You see a great shock, because all my work and my labors that went to the eyes of this person who invited me, I am very sad.”
