Conceicao has a contract with Porto, Portugal, until June 2024, while Silva continues with Fulham, England, for the same date.
The same sources indicated that the choices of the Hilali negotiator were limited to Italian Massimiliano Allegri, Juventus coach, and Spaniard Julen Lopetegui.
Al-Hilal did not settle on its new coach, despite the return of the first team to training, next Sunday, according to the program announced by the club.
