To date, only tenants in cities where the law ofrent control has passed are “saved. In Lyon, where the rent control is in force, the increase recorded is only +0.4%. As for Bordeaux, rents are even down by -0.8%.
Real estate: horizon 2023
The year 2023 will initiate significant changes in real estate, starting with the ban on renting accommodation that does not meet energy standards.
