On Friday, around 7:45 p.m., a man fell from the eighth floor of a building located on the Quai de l’Ourthe in Liège. A fall that resulted in the death of the victim who succumbed to his injuries despite the intervention of the emergency services. If at first, the preferred track was that of suicide, the Liège prosecutor’s office confirmed this Saturday that it was indeed a deliberate act.
The body of the victim fell violently on a car which had on board three people, including a couple of young people. Luckily, and despite the violence of the impact, the occupants were not injured. They are, however, very shocked by what they have experienced.
Note that on Friday evening, traffic was interrupted on the right strip of the Quai de l’Ourthe for several hours.
